The result of months of work by the Spark R&D department, for the new Euro 5 Plus version, the exhaust system retains the aesthetics of the previous model while introducing significant technical upgrades: the header has been modified in both length and diameter to optimize gas flow and improve engine response, while the new racing catalytic converter, heavily impregnated with noble metals, ensures full compliance with the latest regulations.
Thanks to these developments, the system meets all homologation requirements while delivering tangible performance gains, giving the bike a deep, enveloping sound and a distinctive design, in pure Spark style.
This Euro 5 Plus version is also approved and fully compatible with the Trident 660, further expanding the system’s range of applications.
As per Spark tradition, two versions are available: AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch-Brite finish, and the Total Black version, featuring a matte black ceramic coating for a more refined and assertive look.
The R&D team has worked meticulously to define the optimal configuration for the Triumph three-cylinder engine, maximizing power and delivery without requiring any modification to the mapping or ECU.
