Spark Exhaust presented at Eicma 2025 its new full exhaust system dedicated to the Yamaha MT-07, R7, and Tracer 7. A solution Euro 5+ homologated yet fully compatible with previous Euro 5 versions.
 

This project was born with a clear goal: preserve the original identity of the motorcycle while offering a product that is both technically advanced and stylistically distinctive.

Unlike many competitors, who opt for side-mounted silencers for construction simplicity, Spark chose a more ambitious approach.
 

The new system retains the low-mount layout consistent with the MT-07’s original design, combining stainless-steel headers, a silencing box, and a titanium Grid-O silencer in a compact, balanced ensemble.
 

This more complex solution delivers impressive performance, with an increase of over 2 hp and a fuller throttle response across the entire power curve, even in its homologated configuration.
 

The silencing box has been designed to enhance the Yamaha twin’s unique voice, producing a deep, dark, and assertive sound.
 

From an aesthetic standpoint, the system stands out for its meticulous detailing, from the titanium silencer mesh, which develops intense blue hues under heat, to the precision of the TIG welds. All hallmarks of Spark’s craftsmanship and functional elegance.
