For the Street Triple MY 23–26, Spark has developed a Euro 5+ homologated full system with the aim of maximizing performance, delivering a deep and aggressive sound in compliance with regulations for regular road use, incorporating special details worthy of the previous proposals for the British three-cylinder naked bike.

Spark R&D has worked intensively on the Triumph three-cylinder engine since its debut in Moto2. After the world title in 2020, research continued alongside the Triumph team in Supersport 600 and in the development of many truly unique and special proposals for naked bike owners.

 

For the MY 23–26 as well, Spark proposals could only be excellent. All homologated kits are equipped with a dual lambda sensor setup for installation on the latest Euro 5+ models. A plug for the second sensor is included for motorcycles equipped with a single lambda sensor.

The major difference compared to previous MY versions is that the original exhaust system is made of a single piece, therefore the Spark homologated kit is a full system. In addition to the homologated full kit, the modular proposals from previous MY versions and the racing full systems remain available.

 

The first proposal is the street legal full system GTR8824TOM: the collectors are entirely made of AISI304 stainless steel with CNC machined connections, compensators and 3in1 pipe as in the Moto2 exhaust. The 3in1 pipe contains a special catalytic converter, very different compared to other aftermarket products. Such catalytic converter ensures high-performance thanks to a number of racing cells and strong impregnation of noble metals. So, the catalytic converter is truly a "precious" part and allows you to be within the gas limits set by the Euro5+ Regulation and improve the performance of the motorbike at the same time. Then, the silencing box follows the catalytic converter and it is combined with the aggressive Grid-O muffler. This is the same silencer which is the 2020 Moto2 World Champion, entirely made of titanium, with TIG welding and with a titanium grid emphasizing the Street Triple sound and look. A further detail making such system even more sophisticated is the option of black ceramic treatment.

Spark offers two further systems, street legal and lateral mounting, recalling the Supersport exhaust (with Konix Evo, GTR8826TOM) or the Moto2 system (with Grid-o, GTR8825TOM)

GTR8826TOM is the full system with Aisi304 stainless steel manifolds, 3in1 connection with catalytic converter and box with lateral connecting pipe, carbon heat shield and Konix Evo silencer. The design of such silencer is extremely aggressive, enriched with the carbon end cap. Compared to the previous Konix version, it is extremely light because it is entirely made of titanium (the silencer case and the inner endcap are made of titanium).

GTR8825TOM is the same proposal as above, lateral mounting with full titanium Grid-O silencer.

For all versions, the optimization of the collector's diameters and lengths guarantees a maximum power increase across the entire curve, within the gas and dB limits set by Euro5+ Regulation. 
 

The product range is supplemented by multiple racing proposals and modular systems.

MODULAR RACING SOLUTIONS for the original motorbike are available. It is necessary to combine GTR8502 stainless steel manifold with dedicated small parts (SKIT112) and one of the following Spark mufflers:


GTR0509T: Lateral mounting slip on with Aisi304 stainless steel pipe, carbon heat shield and Konix Evo titanium silencer with carbon end cap. The same silencer is used in the SuperSport600 World Championship, with titanium sleeve and inner endcap, outer end cap in carbon fiber. Db killer can be installed in the silencer (G9999) which is NOT included in the box (optional).

GTR0510T: Lateral mounting slip on with Force Evo silencer. The new evolution of the Force silencer,  upgraded and streamlined with a groove on the titanium case that converges towards the lines of the carbon end cap. Force Evo also allows you to further lower the dB level. Db killer can be installed in the silencer (G9999) which is NOT included in the box (optional).

GTR0501T: Racing slip-on racing with low-mounting Grid-o silencer with titanium TIG welded pipe, for an unmistakable style, racing and elegant at the same time. The TIG welded pipe is already an icon for the previous model years and is also compatible on the 2023 version if combined with the Spark racing collector. This is definitely the most extreme solution in terms of sound. 

GTR0507TOM: Slip-on with low mounting Grid-o silencer with pre-silencer box, without catalyst. Such product was created as a Euro4 approved proposal when combined with the original catalytic converter on 2017/19 models. However, it is compatible with 2023 MY if combined with the GTR8502 racing collector. With such configuration it is possible to have a complete system without catalytic converter, with a low-mounting Grid-o silencer and not too loud thanks to the silencing box.

GTR8817T - WSSP600 REPLICA FULL SYSTEM with specific collector to be installed with racing sump (collector goes to the right side). The system consists of stainless steel manifold, titanium pipe and Konix Evo silencer. The carbon heat shield is included.

NON-APPROVED FULL SYSTEMS ARE FOR RACING USE ONLY, TO MAXIMIZE PERFORMANCE IT IS NECESSARY TO REMAP THE ECU.
